We create opportunities for organizations to create pipelines from Historically Black Colleges & Universities and synergy among HBCU alumni and students. We produce award winning films, special events and The HBCU Power Awards.
This is an event that gives students and employers a chance to meet one another, establish professional relationships and discuss potential job and/or internship opportunities.
The HBCU Power Awards highlight the achievements and accomplishments of young alumni who attended HBCUs and Icons, that are making innovative and leading-edge achievement in business, sports, philanthropy, media, music, technology, TV, film, politics, civil service and fashion. This fundraising initiative will benefit need-based scholarships at HBCUs. With your valued support we are aiming to raise $100,000, to bring about greater awareness concerning the need for student scholarships that will provide life changing opportunities. Meeting this goal is vitally important. Students attending these HBCU’s will have financial opportunities via scholarships to provide essential support.
HBCU Power Productions Producer Jash'd Belcher has worked with the award winner Producer Datari Turner to produce award winning and thought provoking films like the Sundance Film Festival film "A Boy. A Girl. A Dream."
